Les avancées apportées par la loi du 5 septembre 2018 sont loin d'être anodines. On parlait déjà de changement de paradigme en 2014 lors de la grande réforme de la formation. Aujourd'hui, l'intitulé de la loi suffit à faire apparaître l'ampleur de la transformation : "Loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel" ou "Loi Avenir". L'individu n'est plus seulement acteur de sa formation, mais acteur de son devenir professionnel et des compétences qui y sont associées. L'ouvrage aborde la nouvelle loi en deux temps. Tout d'abord, une analyse du contenu de la loi, les conséquences, les avancées et les interrogations. Après un décryptage juridique, sont présentés les points de vue des différents acteurs directement impactés (France compétences, OPCO, URSAFF, partenaires sociaux, prestataires de formation, entreprises, associations, SIRH.) afin de permettre au lecteur de comprendre les stratégies qui vont être mises en place.
