L’objectif de ce mémoire est d’appréhender les surfaces de Zoll, ces surfaces aux géodésiques toutes fermées et de même longueur. Dans la première partie, on présente un exemple de surface de Zoll plongée dans $mathbb{R}^3$ et non-isométrique à la sphère munie de sa métrique canonique : l’exemple historique d’O.Zoll. Un tel exemple est dit exotique. On présente également la remarquable poire de Tannery. Dans la seconde partie, on s’intéresse à l’ensemble des surfaces de Zoll abstraites. D’une part, nous obtenons une réduction significative du problème en montrant qu’il suffit de considérer les métriques de Zoll sur la sphère ou sur l’espace projectif de dimension 2 pour étudier les surfaces de Zoll abstraites à isométrie près. D’autre part, on caractérise les métriques de révolution 2 qui sont de Zoll. Tout au long de ce travail, un point d’intérêt a été attribué aux exemples et à leurs illustrations.
