Het werk van Peter Rogiers bestaat uit sculpturen, tekeningen, etsen, film en strips. Hij is gefascineerd door bepaalde graphic novels, door B-films, dans en andere vormen van eigenzinnige kunst. Die inspireren zijn eigen oeuvre, wars van geldende normen en artistieke trends. 00Rogiers werkt vaak met kunststoffen als PU-schuim, epoxy, polyester en inox, maar hij onderzoekt ook de hedendaagse mogelijkheden van ?klassiek? brons. Zijn voorliefde voor afstandelijke, maar uitgesproken kleuren halen het werk uit de context en maakt ze tegelijkertijd onmogelijk te negeren. Zijn werk is zowel energetisch als poëtisch en wordt gepresenteerd met een flinke dosis humor en zelfrelativering.
