The proceedings are the output of the 8th International Colloquium on Tourism, which focuses on the current problems in the field of tourism. The contributions are focused on partnership (networking), sustainable development, and legislation on tourism. "W publikacji zaprezentowano wyniki badań podjętych w ramach projektu Narodowego Centrum Nauki pt. "Determinanty rozwoju polskiej gospodarki w XXI wieku. Analiza empiryczna i projekcje na podstawie systemu modeli makroekonomicznych". Omówiono podstawowe zjawiska i procesy, które ujawniły się w polskiej gospodarce w XXI wieku oraz uzupełniono je projekcjami pokazującymi ich możliwy wpływ na przyszły rozwój gospodarczy Polski. W szczególności zostały przybliżone skutki prognozowanych zmian struktury demograficznej, postępu technologicznego i wzrostu kapitału wiedzy w gospodarce, pogłębiania procesu globalizacji przejawiającego się w zmianach intensywności i struktury polskiego handlu zagranicznego, a także zmian struktur powiązań międzysektorowych na rynkach finansowych. W poszczególnych wariantach symulacyjnych przedstawiono potencjalne zmiany na rynku pracy, zmiany dotyczące struktury i poziomu popytu finalnego, zmiany w procesie produkcji i cyrkulacji dochodów w gospodarce oraz zmiany popytu na instrumenty finansowe i ich podaży na rynkach finansowych. Polska gospodarka wykazuje cechy typowe dla rozwiniętych gospodarek europejskich, dlatego przeprowadzona analiza zjawisk i procesów w niej zachodzących ma charakter uniwersalny."-- Provided by publisher.

The book presents selected findings related to the goal of the research project funded by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA13-147045) which is to identify reverse flows management mechanisms in manufacturing and service companies to determine the factors and symptoms of cost-effective, efficient and effective reverse flows management in the context of value creation. The core thematic areas deal with the causal relationships in management which affect the character and especially the efficiency and effectiveness of the reverse flows system, including support of reverse flows management by the IS. Special attention is paid to the specificities of service.

The publication is one of the outputs of the development of personal and professional skills of teachers of kindergartens and primary schools to higher quality education (CZ.1.07/1.3.00/48.0022). The project responded to the upcoming career system. The project was implemented comprehensive training preschool teachers to develop personal and professional competencies needed for individualisation and differentiation of education and skills needed for mentoring in kindergarten. Participants worked with the evaluation tool Framework of professional qualities and kindergarten teachers. To better understand the criteria evaluation tool created videos. The book provides support to work with the videotape and to promote the professional development of pre-school teachers in kindergarten.
