The International Conferences on Economics and Social Sciences (ICESS)organized by Bucharest University of Economic Studies provides an opportunity for all those interested in Economics and Social Sciences to discuss and exchange research ideas. In diesem Open-Access-Buch wird aus dem International Sales Accelerator Modell mit dem «Rad der Implementierung» ein dauerhaft einsetzbares Business Development Tool für den praktischen Einsatz abgeleitet, das Unternehmen helfen kann, den iterativen Prozess der Internationalisierung auf Basis der Erkenntnisse des International Sales Accelerator Modells strukturiert zu durchlaufen und entsprechende strategische Controlling-Prozesse für eine erfolgreiche Internationalisierung zu etablieren. Die Autorin Simone Reber (geb. Wiesenauer) arbeitet als Business Development Projektmanagerin bei einem internationalen Medizintechnikhersteller. Ihre Promotion schrieb sie während der Arbeit am Lehrstuhl für Internationales Management und Innovationsmanagement an der Universität Hohenheim in Stuttgart.
