Biographical note: Georg Michalik Dr. Georg Michalik hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Organisationen Wege aufzuzeigen, wie sie ihre Potenziale entfalten können. Der Organisationspsychologe, Studium in Mannheim und Zürich, war als Leiter Lernen und Entwicklung in verschiedenen globalen Unternehmen Mitgestalter des Wandels. Heute begleitet er Firmen mit der von ihm entwickelten Co-Creation in ihren Transformationsprozessen. Zu seinen Kunden gehören Multinationals genauso wie KMU und Non-Profit-Unternehmen.
