Zij snakken naar informatie over hoe ze hun (levens)loopbaan het beste kunnen vormgeven. Maar ze weten vervolgens niet wat te doen met deze informatie omdat ze geen verhaal hebben over hun eigen leven dat verleden, heden en toekomst op een zinvolle wijze met elkaar verbindt.Tegelijkertijd wordt allerwege van hen verwacht dat ze een dergelijk verhaal wel paraat hebben.
