On assiste actuellement à un développement considérable de l'utilisation des téléphones mobiles cellulaires. La technologie complexe de ce moyen de communication utilise des hyperfréquences (ou micro-ondes) pulsées en extrêmement basses fréquences. Or, ces deux types de radiations non ionisantes sont responsables d'effets biologiques plus ou moins graves, connus et référencés. Et déjà des travaux scientifiques mettent en cause ces ondes électromagnétiques générées par les téléphones mobiles cellulaires et leurs stations relais.
