Die zweite Auflage des Großkommentars UWG erscheint im April 2013 in drei Bänden. Die wissenschaftlich fundierte und zugleich praxisorientierte Kommentierung namhafter Herausgeber und Autoren aus Wissenschaft und Praxis berücksichtigt die großen Reformen des UWG in den vergangenen Jahren, insbesondere die UWG-Novellen 2004 und 2008. Die aktuelle wettbewerbsrechtliche Rechtsprechung und Literatur wird ebenso kommentiert wie die Entwicklungen im Europäischen Recht. This second edition guide to the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG) will be published in three volumes at the beginning of 2013. The guide's commentary is grounded in a firm understanding of legal issues, yet is also practical in its orientation. Written by respected legal scholars, the guide takes into account the significant reforms to the UWG that were instituted in recent years, particularly in 2004 and 2008. The guide also addresses recent judicial decisions, contributions to the literature on the UWB, as well as developments in European law.

This book is a collection of selected papers presented at the XVI Inforum World Conference organized by the European University of Lefke, North Cyprus, in September 2008. Inforum (Interindustry Forecasting Project at the University of Maryland) was founded in 1967 by Dr. Clopper Almon, now Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland. At international level, partners build national econometric models for their own country sharing a common modelling approach based on a sectoral representation of the economy. The contributions presented here illustrate the wide variety of issues that can be explored using these models, with particular emphasis on energy policies and competitiveness analyses, which are very high on the agenda of policymakers worldwide.

La Directiva 2014/104/UE ha comportado una reforma de diverso calado en los ordenamientos jurídicos de los Estados miembros en el ejercicio de acciones de resarcimiento de daños por infracciones concurrenciales. A pesar del espíritu armonizador de la norma, su incorporación a los ordenamientos jurídicos de los distintos Estados miembros aflora debates no resueltos con la transposición.El Documento que presentamos identifica, analiza y plantea, a título de recomendaciones finales, cómo afrontar algunos de los cambios legislativos acaecidos, considerando las diferencias o similitudes detectadas en su aplicación por la judicatura tras la transposición de la norma desde una perspectiva de Derecho comparado español y alemán. El presente documento toma como vehículo argumental los debates habidos en talleres de trabajo celebrados con magistrados y académicos, españoles y alemanes, a lo largo de los años 2019 y 2020 y sus conclusiones de cierre.
