Gegenuber einem restriktiven oder extensiven Gebrauch des Panentheismusbegriffs wird zwischen dem dualistischen Theismus und dem monistischen Pantheismus ein mittleres Feld ausgeleuchtet. In diesem wird das Gott-Welt-Verhaltnis primar durch ein Einheit-in-Differenz-Denken bestimmt.
