La conférence UB3 du 4 avril 2011 est consacrée à l'incidence des nouvelles technologies de la communication sur le droit des obligations. Les règles particulières relatives au "commerce électronique", issues de directives communautaires ainsi que de différentes lois internes belges doivent être intégrées dans le droit des obligations dans la mesure où elles concernent soit la conclusion soit l'exécution soit la preuve de contrats ou plus généralement d'opérations relevant du droit de ce droit des obligations. L'objectif de cette conférence est d'examiner l'incidence des particularités du commerce électronique sur le droit des obligations sous un angle concret et pratique, en précisant comment ces règles doivent être coordonnées avec le droit commun traditionnel des obligations. UB3 est un cycle de 6 conférences par année, organisé conjointement par le barreau de Bruxelles et la faculté de droit de l'ULB. Des universitaires, des magistrats et des avocats ayant une activité scientifique partagent leurs connaissances, sur des thèmes juridiques d'actualité et pratiques. Un support écrit, source d'information et de documentation, complète les exposés oraux. Ces ouvrages constituent une nouvelle collection des Éditions Bruylant qui sera précieuse pour le praticien du droit.
