Long description: Die zunehmende Technologisierung des Alltags durch Internet, World Wide Web sowie neu entwickelte Endgeräte und Software-Anwendungen ist eine medial und auch wissenschaftlich viel diskutierte Entwicklung. Zentrale Treiber hierbei sind -- neben grundlegenden Entwicklungen der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie -- auch die Unternehmen, die verstärkt Gewinn- und Einsparpotenziale durch den Einsatz dieser Technologie realisieren möchten. Die vorliegende Untersuchung beschäftigt sich mit der kundenseitigen Akzeptanz von Customer-Self-Service-Lösungen innerhalb des World Wide Web im Kontext der After-Sales-Phase, der im heutigen Marktumfeld immer größere Bedeutung zukommt (Sense & Respond statt Make & Sell). Im Rahmen des qualitativen Ansatzes des Verfassungsmarketings auf Basis der morphologischen Psychologie steht hierbei das Nutzungserlebnis der Kunden und die daraus resultierenden Nutzungsverfassungen im Fokus, was bisher unbekannte Akzeptanz- und Nutzungsbarrieren im angesprochenen Kontext sichtbar macht. Christian Schulmeyer promovierte bei Prof. Dr. habil. Frank Keuper an der Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin, Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Konvergenzmanagement und Strategisches Management.
