L'automatisation industrielle connaît une révolution depuis l'introduction des robots collaboratifs.
Ces robots sont capables de travailler directement avec les employés, leur programmation est rapide et intuitive, ils ne requièrent pas de gros investissements et sont accessibles aux petites entreprises.
La société Medi-Line, experte en dispositifs à usage médical, est une PME qui voit, dans ces robots collaboratifs, un moyen de renforcer le confort de ses employés.

Réalisation:
L'objectif du projet est de concevoir un système automatisé intégrant le robot collaboratif qui assemblera un tube transparent et flexible avec deux connecteurs rigides.
Les grandes étapes du travail se composent de l'analyse fonctionnelle du besoin, du choix des différentes solutions techniques, du fonctionnement du système global, de l'analyse de risques et de la simulation 3D des trajectoires du robot.

Résultats:
Le robot choisi est le YUMI de la société ABB. Ce robot à deux bras permet de travailler simultanément sur les tubes et les connecteurs, réduisant le temps de cycle.
Les bras sont munis d'effecteurs personnalisés. Plusieurs systèmes optiques sont utilisés pour le "pick and place" des connecteurs et pour le contrôle à 100% des pièces. Enfin, le dépôt est réalisé sur un peigne métallique qui permet à l'opérateur de récupérer le produit fini.
