Constitutional law ' is a textbook constitutional law, suitable for the legal training at universities and colleges. The contents of the seventh revised edition is distinguished by a tight, clear system. The parts judiciary and case-law, fundamental rights and decentralization are substantially amended. Compared to the seventh busy in the seventh revised edition mainly corrections of systematic and linguistic nature. Furthermore, all updated chapters: amendments to laws and regulations, and (the most important) decisions are in the text. The seventh revised edition shows the current state of play of constitutional law. The second edition of this manual was in 1997 awarded the Thorbecke-penning.
