What task might a principal undertake that would be more critical to teachers and students than to engage in leadership for inclusion? All education stakeholders have an inescapable vested interest in enabling principals in their mandate to be better informed about inclusion and to provide leadership based on such insights. In this manner, principals can directly support teachers who enact inclusion with students on a daily basis. Whilst our aspirations for such professional growth and practice in principals are laudable, exactly what this growth and practice might represent is mostly nebulous; therefore, good leadership for inclusion is more likely to occur by happenstance than by meticulous design. That is no longer the case. El desarrollo tecnológico de España en los últimos años va unido a un fuerte incremento en la demanda de energía.Esta tendencia ha buscado solucionar el problema a través de metodologías sostenibles que aumentasen la eficiencia energética para conseguir un menor consumo en equipos, sistemas de transporte y edificios de nueva construcción. Esta realidad la podemos encontrar en el parque de viviendas de nuestro país y, las instituciones y organismos públicos, han tratado de detectar a las familias que sufren la pobreza energética con la finalidad de ofrecerles ayudas y subvenciones. Esta situación ha sido examinada y estudiada por diversos organismos, que han expuesto la realidad de muchas familias en la ciudad de València.En esta línea se presenta este libro que supone un estudio de las medidas que se podrían considerar rehabilitaciones exprés. Se analiza cómo afectan los distintos cambios que podrían realizarse en viviendas modelo y qué resultados se derivan de los mismos, permitiendo establecer una dirección clara a seguir para mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos con más dificultades.

Przedstawione w publikacji wyniki rozważań teoretycznych i badań empirycznych dotyczących zjawisk oraz procesów składających się na przywództwo edukacyjne nauczycieli oraz jego uwarunkowania, odsłaniają złożoność tego zagadnienia. Omówiono możliwości, jakie stoją przed tą grupą zawodową oraz wyzwania wynikające ze zmian zachodzących w rozwijającym się świecie. Zwrócono uwagę na role, jakie odgrywają nauczyciele w grupach wewnątrzszkolnych w zakresie określonym przez prawo i oczekiwania otoczenia szkoły. W ostatniej części przedstawiono doświadczenia związane z przywództwem nauczycieli w wybranych krajach.
