Un bébé régurgite, un enfant est obèse, un autre refuse la cuillère, une adolescente alterne anorexie et crises boulimiques, une femme anorexique en aménorrhée désire un bébé … L'alimentation est dès la naissance un enjeu majeur dans le lien intersubjectif parent-enfant. Manger, donner la vie sont au cœur des échanges humains, mais il arrive que ces actes ancrés autant dans l'intime de la relation que dans la culture fassent souffrir physiquement et psychiquement. Des psychiatres, pédopsychiatres et psychanalystes se sont réunis pour partager leur clinique. Ils abordent, de manière spécifique, les troubles des conduites alimentaires (TCA), tels qu'ils se présentent à chaque étape de la vie dans leur dimension intrapsychique aussi bien qu'interpersonnelle et transgénérationnelle. Ils analysent les enjeux complexes de ces troubles quand la naissance rejoue les conflits infantiles des parents, les mettant face à leur propre subjectivité, et quand l'apparition de troubles chez l'enfant ou l'adolescent renvoie à l'exploration des fondements mêmes de notre construction d'être humain : le partage émotionnel, le portage corporel, le dialogue tonique, et bien sûr, au centre des interactions, la place majeure de la cavité primitive, la bouche, celle qui mange, absorbe, recrache, avale, goûte, parle, crie, se tait, embrasse… Entre besoin de nourrissage et plaisir oral, comment penser les aléas de ce qui nous fonde ?
