Sexualstraftaten stellen in erster Linie einen Normverstoß dar und sind nicht primär Symptom einer psychischen Störung. Sexualstraftäter bilden zudem keine einheitliche Gruppe von Delinquenten, sondern sind im Hinblick auf das Vorliegen einer deliktrelevanten psychischen Störung oder einer dissexuellen Verhaltensbereitschaft eine ausgesprochen heterogene Tätergruppe.
