Following the convening of International Poetry Nights in Hong Kong 2013, Islands or Continents is a collection of selected works by some of the most internationally acclaimed poets today. Drawn from International Poetry Nights in Hong Kong 2013, A Door in Epynt is a chapbook of poetry by Menna Elfyn presented in Welsh, English, and Chinese. A Door in Epynt is also available, along with the chapbooks of other internationally renowned poets, in Islands or Continents (Eighteen-volume Set). Selected poems from this volume are featured in the anthology Islands or Continents: International Poetry Nights in Hong Kong 2013.

Un Sio San was born in Macau. She graduated from Peking University and University of Toronto. She has won several writing prizes including the Macao Literature Prize. Her works can be found in journals of Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China. Un's publications include: "Exile in the Blossom Time" (Hong Kong: Kubrick, 2008), "Wonderland" (Taipei: Vista Publishing, 2011), and "Here" (Macao: ASM, 2011).

International Poetry Nights in Hong Kong 2015, "Poetry and Conflict," explores the multi-layered relationships between poetry and war. Acclaimed poets from war-troubled countries past and present engage "war" as a topic in their works, exchanging views and exploring the complex ways in which poetry has been able to play a role in the most violent events in human history. In doing so, they encourage the writers and readers of war-free Hong Kong to reflect upon the local milieu in a global framework.
