Si l’historiographie commence à s’intéresser aux femmes pendant la guerre, peu d’études se concentrent sur leur perception de ces événements à travers l’analyse de leurs propres écrits. De plus, les religieuses semblent régulièrement oubliées dans les études de la guerre. Ce travail contribue à ces champs trop peu étudiés par les historiens. Il s’intéresse donc à la mise par écrit, sous forme de récits, des expériences de sièges et d’exils vécus durant les guerres du XVIIe siècle par les communautés de l’Ordre de l’Annonciade céleste implantées sur la Dorsale catholique. 
A travers l’étude de sources narratives rédigées par les religieuses, ce mémoire permet de comprendre comment les autrices représentent et écrivent leur vision des événements et de leurs communautés. Les perceptions transmises par les autrices sont mises en évidence et analysées à travers trois thématiques retrouvées dans les récits des guerres : l’insertion des expériences personnelles des autrices dans leurs écrits, leur manière de raconter l’histoire des sièges et exils vécus par la communauté, et la façon dont elles décrivent l’environnement extérieur à leur monastère. Cette étude montre que derrière tout processus de rédaction se cachent des autrices qui transmettent, de manière consciente ou non, leurs propres représentations. While historiography is starting to develop interest about women during wars, only few studies have focused on their own perception of these events through the analysis of their own writings. Moreover, nuns seem regularly forgotten in the studies of war. This work contributes to these fields which are not studied enough by historians. This thesis focuses on the writing process of stories about the experiences of sieges and exiles lived during the wars of the 17th century by the communities of nuns of the Order of the Celestial Annunciates located on the Catholic dorsal.
Through the study of narrative sources written by the celestial annunciates, this thesis allows to understand how the authors represent and write their vision of events and of their communities. The perceptions reported by the authors are highlighted and analyzed through three themes found in the accounts of wars: the insertion of personal experiences of the authors in their writing, their way of telling the story of the sieges and exiles experienced by their community, and the way in which they describe the environment outside their monastery. This study shows that behind the whole process of writing a story, there are authors who write, consciously or not, their own representations.
