In 2022, Lennart Ante found that the fluctuations within NFT markets can affect other NFTs. In his words, the success or adoption of younger NFT projects is influenced by that of more established markets, emphasizing the need for deeper analysis.
This paper aims to explore the potential relationship between traditional markets and the NFT market and to understand the correlation between the cryptocurrency market and NFTs. To achieve this, we profile the typical NFT enthusiast, construct a model portfolio, and perform a financial analysis benchmarked against the S&P 500, Bitcoin, and Ethereum.
Our research ranges from 2018 to 2023, capturing the monthly returns of different assets to assess the diversification potential of introducing NFTs into a portfolio. These NFT projects, including Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Pudgy Penguins, Doodles, Azuki, CloneX, Bored Ape Kennel Club, Cool Cats, CryptoPunks, illustrate low significance within multiple linear regression.
However, when correlated with the cryptocurrency market, the aggregated NFT portfolio showed better significance, revealing meaningful relationships. In contrast, traditional financial markets did not yield any significant results in our analysis.
In the end, this paper intends to draw a comparative analysis between the risk-return profiles of traditional financial markets, the cryptocurrency market, and the selected NFTs. By doing so, we identified NFTs as potential assets for diversifying a portfolio.

This project thesis was conducted in the frame of an internship for the project of la Ferme des Loups. The latter is a building, recently renovated to become a zytho-bistro-naturo-touristic complex in the village of Forêt. The main activity of the place will be driven by its microbrewery and the launch of a range of beers called “La Louve” (the she-wolf). Therefore, in order to start a marketing strategy, a set of 3 interactive digital communication tools were created: a legend (storytelling), social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), and a website.
The aim of this paper is to find good practices for the three tools to properly develop and handle the marketing strategy of la Ferme des Loups. 
The scientific literature about the three topics was analyzed and allowed to note elements to take into consideration for each. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 crisis, the storytelling and social media parts could not be practically measured to confirm the theory and to see how it can specifically apply in this case. 
However, in addition to the scientific review, more practical insights could be collected for the website. Indeed, a benchmark analyzing 9 other microbrewery websites was conducted as well as a qualitative study with 15 respondents. It allowed to bring more specific information regarding the “conventions” used for these kinds of platforms, as well as the users’ expectations but also how they feel a microbrewery website should look like and provide information about. 
All the resources examined and analyzed compared with what had already be done about the legend, social media, and the website made it possible to provide practical and managerial recommendations to lead the marketing strategy with success moving forward.

AG Insurance is the well-established leader of the insurance market in Belgium. The financial crisis of 2008 did not affect this position. Might the digital revolution do so? This project-thesis aims to provide recommendations for the Digital Strategy management of the insurance company in its broker channel about how it should direct and formulate its services.
Indeed, AG Insurance has been selling its Non-Life products through independent brokers and the BNP Paribas Fortis bank. In order to strengthen those distribution partners, the physical and digital strategies of AG Insurance have always put the intermediaries between the insurer and the insured. Consequently, the company must respect the communication protocols towards its clients with the brokers in order to let the latter be impartial.
The Digital Strategy has been raised in this context. Firstly, the attitudes and profiles of the insurance consumers in Belgium will give the expectations and needs to address thanks to digital services. Then, the customer journey map for the digital experience will be designed and applied to all relevant competitors. This benchmark will allow to position the AG Insurance digital services among the competition. The third and largest part is dedicated to the very first analysis and report of the customer area: its description, the visits analytics, its potential, its strengths and weaknesses, its key performance indicators and some recommendations.

As household waste increases, it becomes more and more important to sort and recycle. However European studies suggest that there is still an important part of incorrect sorting, and that many citizens could use an assistance of some sort. In the last few years, computer vision algorithms have been used to tackle this problem with high classification accuracies. However, fewer works required a sorting with more than six classes, as some features might become too difficult to distinguish. This thesis presents a comparative study of several object detection algorithms, for sorting of trash pieces following IDELUX's sorting directives and real-time constraints. IDELUX's dataset of 10050 waste images is divided into 12 classes. Some of those classes are very similar and with an important imbalance in the number of samples per class, this dataset presents a new challenge in the waste detection field. Four algorithms were specifically trained and tested in order to determine which architecture was the fittest to perform the task, whether it could be performed by a simple classifier, a one stage or a two stage detector. The proposed objects detectors are RetinaNet, YOLOv5 and Faster R-CNN, while the chosen classifier is a ResNet model. The models were evaluated on their accuracy, their mean average precision, their IOU, their inference time and their training time. For this specific project, ResNet outperforms all of the other models and achieves an accuracy of 90 \%. Overall, the results show that classification and detection algorithms are capable of tackling more complex waste sorting problems than the ones currently explored in the literature.
